José Lerma: Pintor Interesante
Spanish-born painter José Lerma (b. 1971) interweaves history, politics, economics, and the personal in his ultra-detailed canvases. José Lerma: Pintor Interesante is the artist's first monograph.
Focusing on the work created between 2007 and 2017, the monograph highlights Lerma's breadth and inventiveness through vibrant illustrations and texts by art critic Christian Viveros-Fauné, critic and poet Barry Schwabsky, and curator Kristin Korolowicz.
