Wadsworth Jarrell (b. 1929, USA) is a painter, printmaker, sculptor, and co-founder of AFRICOBRA (African Commune of Bad Relevant Artists). Jarrell participated in the Organization of Black American Culture (OBAC), which created the Wall of Respect, and hosted early AFRICOBRA meetings in the studio and gallery he operated in the 1960s with his wife Jae Jarrell. Jarrell's intellectual and artistic leadership has been important to several generations of artists.

Jarrell has developed many distinct bodies of work, including sculptures inspired by the African cultural traditions, and a series of paintings dedicated to jazz musicians. His work is widely collected, and is included in several important institutional collections, including that of the High Museum of Art, the National Museum of Africa American History and Culture, and the Studio Museum in Harlem.
